Barbee is a licensed Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida,

Licamara is a CPA, with over 20 years of
private and public accounting experience.
Prior to joining GlassRatner in 2014, she
was a senior manager at Marcum LLP in
the Advisory Services division, focusing in
the areas of forensic accounting, litigation
support, and bankruptcy consulting. For
over 15 years, Licamara’s practice has focused on providing forensic and investigative services to debtors, creditors, federal
bankruptcy trustees, creditors’ committees, court-appointed assignees, and
financial institutions. Licamara also has
experience in business valuation, damage
analysis and lost profit analysis in connection with commercial litigation matters.
Licamara’s areas of expertise include asset tracing, determination of solvency/insolvency, forensic analysis related to avoid-able/fraudulent transfers and defenses
thereof, assisting with claims adjudication,
collateral review for secured creditors, liquidation analysis and bankruptcy-related
compliance reporting for federal courts.
Licamara has rendered opinions in expert
reports filed with the Federal Bankruptcy
Court and the U.S. District Court. She also
has been involved with forensic investiga-
tions in conjunction with receiverships of
the Security and Exchange Commission.
Licamara has significant experience
with Ponzi schemes. She provided forensic
accounting and litigation consulting
services to the Trustee of two investment
funds that were feeder funds into one of
the largest Ponzi cases in US history. The
litigation consulting services provided by
Licamara to the trustee of these two investment funds included litigation against
major banks and professionals for damages related to $1 billion of losses suffered
by the investment funds in connection
with the Ponzi scheme.
Licamara has been involved with
numerous commercial litigation matters
involving business valuation issues, damage analysis and lost profit analysis.
Licamara graduated from Nova
Southeastern University with a bachelor
of science degree in accounting and a
master degree in business administration.
She is a CPA, ABV (Accredited in Business
Valuations), CIRA (Certified Insolvency and
Restructuring Advisor) and CFF (Certified in

Jacobson has 30 years of experience in
valuation, litigation support services, and
transactions consulting. Prior to joining
GlassRatner in 2014, Craig was a principal
at a regional CPA firm providing valuation
and litigation support services. Prior to
that, he held a senior position with Willamette Management Associates. Jacobson
began his career at a boutique investment
banking and consulting firm, where he
provided valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support services.
Jacobson’s experience includes perform-
ing valuations for financial reporting, tax,
and corporate planning purposes; invest-
ment banking services including mergers,
acquisitions, and fairness opinions; pre-
initial public offering services, including
valuations and assistance in the prepara-
tion of SEC filings; intellectual property
valuation and litigation support services,
including irreparable harm calculations;
calculating economic damages, including
lost profits and lost enterprise value; dis-
senting shareholder litigation and transac-
tions; failed real estate developments; and
failed mergers and acquisitions litigation.
Jacobson has worked in a large number
of industries, including investment companies, manufacturers, distributors, financial
services, and professional and other
services. He has worked on many international engagements, including companies
in Japan, China, Russia, the Caribbean, Italy,
Cyprus, and Indonesia.

individuals and he has acted as an expert
