Meet the recipients of CFA’s inaugural 40
Under 40 Awards.
Most asset-based lenders and factors agree
there isn’t a shortage of young talent in the
market now, it’s just a matter of learning to
recruit, hire and retain them. As the Baby
Boomers retire, and young professionals begin
to work their way up and learn the ropes,
companies must keep on top of the changing
dynamics and trends in the workplace.
