Capital One: Shelby L. Davis has joined
Capital One’s middle-market banking team as senior vice president and
relationship manager. In this role,
Davis will provide lending and commercial banking services to Capital
One’s middle-market customers in the
Mid-Atlantic region. She will report
to senior vice president and market
manager Van Knick.
Davis brings with her 25 years of
banking experience. She joins Capital
One from PNC Financial Services,
where she was senior vice president of corporate and institutional
banking. Davis also spent more than
18 years with Wachovia National
Bank, where she held various roles in
corporate and commercial banking,
government and institutional banking, treasury management, and retail
Capital One also announced the
appointment of Chris Haskew to lead
its middle-market commercial banking
business in Louisiana. He is responsi-
ble for a team of Capital One commer-
cial bankers and administrators who
meet the financial needs of corporate
and middle-market companies head-
quartered in Louisiana. Haskew has 23
years of banking experience, all with
Capital One and its predecessor banks
in Louisiana. Haskew most recently
served as regional manager, North
Louisiana Commercial Banking.
David C. Hauglid has joined Capital
One’s Commercial Banking group in
Dallas. A senior vice president and
senior relationship manager, Hauglid
joins the Corporate Banking team
serving the financial needs of large
corporations headquartered in Dallas
and the North Texas area. He has 30
years of banking experience, including
the past eight years in Dallas.
Hauglid previously worked for Ci-tibank in Dallas and, before that, with
Wachovia in the Capital Markets/Loan
Syndications Group in Charlotte, NC.
Crestmark: Scot Lund, first vice president of program management, has
been named president of the Michigan
Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), effective July
1. Lund has more than 25 years of experience as an owner and operator of
several businesses, and as turnaround
professional helping revitalize businesses in a broad range of industries.
He joined Crestmark in 2012 to provide
guidance to Crestmark’s clients seeking to enhance operations and help
educate Crestmark employees.

Group: Jonathan Sanchez was promoted to vice president and senior relationship manager. Based in Boston, he
will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing new relationships and managing participations in
large syndicated asset-based lending
transactions on a national level. He

Robert Barnhard. Sanchez is an active
member of the Commercial Finance
Association (CFA), the Turnaround
Management Association (TMA) and
The Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA).
A Boston resident, Sanchez received
his Master of Business Administration
from Boston College and a Bachelor of
Science in finance degree from Bentley University.
